Actually thats an urban legend and you'll fail for that. That smells like a wager. Yep, you guys got caught in a lie, it never happened, nor did it happen to you.

You can't please all of the people all of the time, and you can bet that no politician will do anything that at least some citizens want.

So basically you'd buy everything you ever wanted and may possibly ever need in the future for yourself and the whole of your family, and then donate the rest. Do you not think this is what they are doing?
