I have it, and I sniffle at it too. The girl couldn't believe it when I brought it over one night.

This thread has now joined the list of a great reasons I woke up this morning. Sodamned...maybe you should just post a personals ad and get to the point...your disappointment at a denied handjob, underlies a need for attention. So rather than go all Jeffrey Dahmer(Read: Dear little foreign dude, I want to fuck you and eat you, and I mean eat you with some A-1 and a nice green salad) why not just post an add in your local personals, and get your issues resolved?

That is one of my favorite movies, good taste Mrs. Jesus.

I just love that it drives you nuts, Meg.

also keeps it real, and kicks it live on the mic

Is a cool fucker, who isn't really named Graham.

I'm coming on strong!!! The last six days have really moved me along... fear not, I'm going to put up a challenge shortly.

NF is one of my Faves, I have probably one of the most incredible versions of it live ever. The drummer loses his freakin mind, and the band just goes along with him.

Wives are always right, Geoff...I can't believe I'm considering going back down that road again. On those MGB albums did you all contribute to the backing vocals, or were they mixes of Matt's voice, layered? Like Geddy Lee does with his vocals.

Sounds positively gritty. I kind of pictured you going kind of Butthole Surfer/Primus like... The first and only finished track I have...is very hard rock. Very bass driven. Whether it's me playing it or someone else, the bassist get's to rock out. I was inspired a bit by some of your playing. I have a rough demo, of a friend and I, on acoustic guitar and bass. The other two songs that are almost done, are in the same vein. My friend says it sounds like Megadeth being performed by Fuel.

If you don't mind my asking, what genre or style are you working in?

That was a major burn, Evan....I can smell the smoke from here.

Personally I prefer phone calls, meets for java, buying them a drink etc... geez...it's my bloody signature for crying out loud...I do add the odd personal comment here or there...If VP Bob BLABLA sees my unique signature in the card, then we're good...If I wish him, Barb, and the kids a happy festive season...or mention the bear and the rabbit joke, or say I'm sorry to hear that he got caught with that male prostitute...it's personal enough. If I invite him to the office for a FG and Water, then better on him.

I can dig that, I've been very reluctant to enlist anyone on my current project...I've been working with a guitarist, mainly to help shape the parts and teach them to me. Ultimately, I want to do it all by myself, and then get a band to play it. You have good taste in spirits, my good man.

screw peace and love, when you're working a Famous Grouse, and soda with a single cube...you're just basking in the glow of high quality liquor, and that's that. You share the good shit with friends and adversaries alike...it's a sign of respect. Having said that, Geoff what kind of project are you working on right now?

Okay this sent me into hysterics. I have a facebook...but I hardly go there more than once a week. If they started charging, I'd be gone. Those hoax emails are pretty stupid, and this sounds like one.

Holiday greeting cards(sending nearly 250) I use a stamp of my signature. I mean really...seems painless enough. Personally directed correspondence, cards etc. I sign, and usually type up myself. And of course, phone calls are great. I personalize all of my introduction letters...so I cheat a little on mass mailings...

"those" Songs
bishopx replied to sodamntired's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I almost put Just Like Heaven. Truthfully, there are very few songs by those artists that I couldn't listen to repeatedly. And hell yes, that solo by Eddie on Humans Being, is by far one of his best in years.
