My point is that, some people are pre-disposed to having hire body fat % and yet are still healthy...I wasn't always this healthy...I packed on a lot of weight after college...

but again, overweight is relative...I'm 5'10, 230 and I'm built like a brick shithouse...I have about 15% Body fat...the BMI says I should weigh 180...I have a lot of muscle mass... so am I unhealthy? Am I overweight...my doctor says I should lose 15 lbs...but I work out 5 days a week, and I eat right, most of the time...I think you're looking at this in terms that are too narrow.

Even more than that...who sets the standard, who decides? I have a friend, who married..a woman twice his size...he's like 5'3 130, and she's easily 6'2 and about 200 and change, she looks good, she's proportionate...so who decides what's attractive and what isn't, what's normal and what isn't...it's just a big can of worms from there...

Rabbit... take a good look at the women in the commercial...Does being tall, with a broader body type mean you're Obese? Dude you're a little off base. They are a portraying healthy women, of varying sizes... Dude...your're starting to buy into the whole marketing thing. My youngest sister is 5'8 and weighs 160 lbs...she's got broad shoulders, and she's got thicker build...she's maybe 10lbs overweight for her body type.

It's all good Shorty. All three of my sister's and my sister in law, all struggled with pregnancy weight, so did my two closest female friends. It's healthy. As long as your husband likes it, the bag boy at the grocery store gives you a second look, and the guy at the gas station spends extra time on your windshield, so he can look down your shirt...then you're just fine.
