There are many different strains and mutations of any virus but the HIV virus in particular is especially wonderful at mutating. Pretty much, if 2 people both are HIV positive and they have sex, they can pass each others mutated viruses back and forth.

 

Moral of the story, even if you are HIV positive, you should still not fuck other people who have HIV because you'll get SUPER-AIDS.

Calm the hell down. I was just doing some educating on a topic that I think is fun.

 

And to answer someone elses question, if you get 'super-HIV', there are many less drug options that can keep you healthy and you will die MUCH sooner.
