I'm so excited that my two bunnies can agree that I'm awesome. Welcome back, Erik!

 

Yeah, there has been snow here. It is messed up. Two weeks ago it was so nice that I ran 10km outside. Not the weather is insane. I need to weather to be nicer so I can run outside and avoid the gym.

With few exceptions, the furthest I have run in years is probably about 15-20 meters in a burst. Such is the bunker-to-bunker paintball sprint. Occasionally cross-field flag running, but with gun, flag, and paint one's back it's more like a jog.
