I love to listen to them when I'm really pissed off.

Matts my regular moody music but they just help me get my anger out so I don't bitch slap some bastard.

They were awesome. Should've never disbanded.

No, it's good that they disbanded. The band members weren't happy with each other, and they wanted to end on a high note, which they definitely did.

But from this disbanding came Audioslave ;) The worst band since Good Charlotte. Well not really but I don't like the style.

I like Audioslave... and Soundgarden, too.

Soundgarden is okay with the whole blackhole sun but I feel Audioslave is too slow compared to Rage.

Audioslave is much more like Soundgarden than Rage. It's a whole different style, in any case.

I'm a bit of a Rage freak, actually... they are a frequent inhabitant of my cd player, always played loud... i have a rage shirt that i wear constantly, a couple patches and pins too... and of course loverly posters.

 

What would you say is the best cd?

 

I personally, have trouble choosing.

Rage is up there with my fav bands, i remember getting there first album, i was really blown away, and then i bought them all! And really i dont feelthat Audioslave is better then Soundgarden, but i like the oldies..

I'm not sure what the guys from RATM have to say recently about Dubya, seeing as they have disbanned. BUT, I do know they are not supportive of him because of the video for Testify.

 

The video came out around the last presidential election, and is basically to show that Bush and Gore were basically the same thing (showing clips of them saying the same thing, morphing their faces into one)... and at the end there was a screen that said something about how in November 2000, millions would not vote simply for a lack of choice.

 

Great video. It's shitty that Much Music never plays their videos.
