Maybe I didn't want to embarrass Caitlin by yelling...? I dunno...

It was just in the moment and I decided to pull both Caitlin and myself away from the whole situation.

I will. I see the little 100 000 dollar bills littering the streets all the time... Maybe they're lurking around every day or couple days... If I run into them again, it's go time.

Honestly I am really upset over this...

Not just their immature point of view and standpoint, the aftermath of this little run in was horrible... Cailin and I had a conversation about religion for a while following, and she admitted she's doesn't think herself a good Christian(She doesn't go to church often, and obviously sins a lot, human.) It makes me feel distrought, hearing shit like this. The conversation WE held was rational but had a depressing tone to it, and now I just feel down.

Being of two different beliefs in a relationship can be difficult. Best of luck with that Kol.

I've been dealing all my life with Christians that think they are better than me and that tell me that I'm going to hell because I don't live life according to what their god thinks I should do. honestly though, I've never dealt with bullshit like that. if I ever found myself in a situation like that I'd probably lose my temper.

next time just tell them that if they don't fuck off then you won't be going to hell for being agnostic, you'll be going to hell for what you do to them.

We've never really had outstanding difficulties, though her dad has talked to me about it. I was a Christian at one time, so I understand her pretty well. Plus, we both have problems with organised religion etc. etc.

Men who hit women, need to go the fuck away.

 

Saturday, I went home to RI to visit the family. We went bowling. Some guy was arguing with his girlfriend in the parking lot as we were pulling up. He took a swing at her, and he missed hitting the side of a car. Then he lunged at her...but by this time, several people had gotten between them, including my father and myself. My mom called the cops. It was very sad, the girl had obviously been beaten before. Her face was a wreck. It made me very sad and very angry.

 

The cops came and took him away, and she was put in an ambulance. Apparently she was pregnant. As they were putting him in the car, she told him she loved him and that she was sorry, and he yelled back that he was going to kill her.

 

What breaks my heart, is that I believe both of them meant what that they said.

I wish I had as well, but I doubt if it would have done any good. There were enough witnesses, that maybe something can be done.

the indians that jumped, robbed and attempted to stab a guy I work with.

though, he was stupid to be walking that area alone at night. luckily, he covered his stomach with his arms so they couldn't stab him in the stomach but apparently his arms are pretty messed up now.

Are you serious??? Damn. They're docile as shit around here...in the clubs they kind of come across as kind of lame, pickup artists...

no, it has something to do with how most of them have EVERY opportunity to make something of themselves and instead seem to want to waste their lives drunk and high. though this could just be a Winnipeg thing.

It's kinda like that here in Lower Mainland B.C. too.

 

I hate to stereotype, but really, it's ridiculous in Hope. They all get drunk and live off checks from the gov't. At night you can here their drunken whistles from any part in town. And this is near every night. The older ones like beating the shit out of anyone who looks at them funny.
