Sorry to disappoint...but when one has a hot girlfriend, who at age 31, looks 25...one must endeavour to look like he should have her on his arm. That means eating right, and excercising. (He said while eating a cuke)

The most delicious "dessert" I've had in a while and it's 100% Owen approved in terms of health.

Take a slow cooker.

Core some apples.

Stuff them with chopped pecans, cinnamon, some splenda and a tiny bit of butter (you can use butter flavoring if you want to cut even more calories.)

Put enough water in to cover the bottom 1/4 of the apples and then cook on low for 4-6 hours depending on how gooey and delicious you want them.

Devour and don't feel guilty. These are just as good as anything you'd order in a restaurant.

Yet another reason why I wish we had a slow cooker ;)

Just had big bowl of homemade chinese Ginger-chicken soup with rice for lunch.

Mmm, that sounds delicious Tracy. My grandma made some squash and sweet potato soup the last time I was over, and despite it sounding sort of funky, it was effing delicious.

Slow cookers are really cheap! You can probably find one for under 50 bucks.

I want a slow cooker now too! Perhaps I'll get one tomorrow!

I had a bowl of cereal with chocolate soy milk... mmm ;)
