Really? I find that (at least on this album) they're kind of returning to their roots. It sounds (for the most part) heavier than anything since Make Yourself and thats the sound that I find works best for them

I couldn't tell you any song off that album that wasn't a single. I like to pretend that they just took a LONG time after Make Yourself to release a new album. and that was A Crow Left Of The Murder.

well, i got light grenades for Christmas and my final verdict on it after listening to it many times is that it is a very enjoyable cd and the whole thing flows nicely.....but, it definitely is not memorable or anything which is disappointing...its waaaayyy too safe...but its a nice cd to have on in the background if youre doing something else.

I concur with Chris. Quicksand + A Kiss to Send Us Of is one of the best beginnings to an album I've heard in a long time.

Okay, I JUST listened to Mexico. It's an alrigth song but definately not one of my favorites by them. Thanks for the recomendation though.

I love quiet acoustic songs most of the time. but music is a lot like women. I like women, but I don't like ALL women. I like quiet acoustic songs, but I don't like ALL quiet acoustic songs.

well, I am different alright. I'm sure if I wanted I could find some way that you deviate from the norm.

I know. we both know what I was getting at. I'd rather listen to other, more amazing acoustic songs. like Tied my Hands by Seether <3
