CD Plus can be pretty good, but the one in Chilliwack isn't the greatest. I usually order in CDs from there.

 

That jacket is pretty sweet. I'm going to look into stuff there... I'm planning on getting a MG patch or two.

to get back on topic, i saw these guys opem for the constantines a couple years ago in a tiny bar, and though their records are amazing, i agree with them being a hundred times better live.

So I finally got around to listen to these guys. I'm listening to their second album right now and you were right, they're good. I'm downloading their first one but it goes on so slowly, it will probably take a day or two until I'll get to listen to it.

Yay! I know listened to both of their albums. The second one is better I think but the first one is good too. I love this board for introducing them to me!

This is good news. Very good news.

 

I like both the albums, for different reasons, they both have different sounds which I enjoy. I usually listen to them together because I can't get enough just listening to one.

They're releasing beefed up versions of their two albums to celebrate their new label(actually I think they might be out already)... From what I've heard their first disk is completely remastered and sounds 50x better and it'll actually sound like a full band rather that vocals and acoustic with the band quitely playing in the background, and their second one's got two bonus tracks on it. (I think this includes 'spring' the track you get from rewinding Lipstick.)

 

I don't know how to get ahold of these sexy bitches but the way I see it, only good can come from this.

Well, I'm glad they grabbed the attention of a major, but it's sort of sad that they're leaving Dependent.

I think it's a bit sad too. At least this means more Wintersleep. Also a little disgruntling that they're re-releasing the albums, because, whore that I am, I will buy them...
