Radiohead fans might be of assistance here.

I just bought the CD Eraser by Thom Yorke for cheap, but I can't listen to it until I find a stereo...

Anybody ever listened to it before? I'm wondering if it's any good.

It's alright, a little bit bland but there's still some good songs. If you like the weirder electronic-y Radiohead you'll probably like it.

I like the older Radiohead style way more, but I like the electonic type stuff too. All Radiohead is good for me.

Most people don't even know about songs like Trickster, and Bishop's Robes. And then there's posers who only know Paranoid Android and Karma Police.

That's because it was made on with Garageband. It's really not that hard.

Anyway, I've only heard one song and I think that one song is really good. "Black Swan"

It's bassy, and just cool to play late night I think.

Whats the deal with this solo album? is there a story behind it, or he just wanted to make one?

I didn't like it, I found it boring.

He's stated that he doesn't like the word 'solo' and that he's not thinking leaving radiohead or anything of the like, infact the band encouraged him to go ahead. I don't think there's much more of a story, other than he just wanted to make a few phat electronique beatz.

And yeah, it is kindof on the boring side. I still enjoy it though.

I agree. I overheard my younger brother playing some of it today on his stereo, not unbearable, but I wouldn't bother to listen to it.

Yeah, I wasn't too impressed with it, really. It's nothing like Radiohead's new stuff that they're playing live right now.

i am so unfortunate to have never been to a radiohead live show...

the album is pretty boring in some aspecs, but i think it's a good chill album to listen to every once and a while. overall worth the $13.

The problem is that the album doesn't have a lot of substance--and it's also just 40 some odd minutes long. It's definitely along the lines of Kid A/Amnesiac with more electronica flavour...but it's still a great album.

I think the only song I don't like is the title track.
