I would love to hear these songs on an album...especially: Black Helicopter, If I Was a Tidal Wave and Can't Get Shot in the Back. I love these songs and I certainly hope he puts them on some kind of album. ;)

Agoraphobe actually ended up as a Limblifter song. They posted a demo of an extended version with more lyrics on their Myspace.

No, I don't think so. Last time I checked it was all old, released songs.

I think no matter what we'll all end up buying it, frankly I'd pay just to get a really well recorded version of Can't Get Shot.

SOME OF THOSE SONGS ARE NEW, OTHERS ARE B-SIDES, AS FAR AS I KNOW. i THOUGHT THE SAME THING BEFORE WLRRR CAME OUT, BECAUSE MATT HAD PLAYED AT LEAST 5 OF THE SONGS LIVE. ANY NEW WORK WOULD BE WELL WORTH PURCHASING.

what about matthew coping the group "system of a down" idea with the album "steel this album" but release 12-14 songs acoustically recorded in his apartment on cd-r's plane jane white tops no logos or anything on the cd-r

With all the new songs mentioned in this thread nobody has mentioned the possibility of Metal Airplanes, Matt's most recent song, being on the album. Either way, if Matt includes these songs or not, I think we are all excited about Matt at least being a good enough state of mind to be working on music again. Maybe this is just him venting out his frustrations with this past year or the state of the world, but I see it as a positive step in the right direction for him.

Sooo today Matt's site began by saying that he was going to record soon!!!!!!!!!!! he just has to finish the lyrics for the last two songs!! Now I am excited!!!!! :angry: ;)
