the guy talks in just a radio voice and he ends the commericial by saying something to the affect of

 

" Thats sick and phat, Boy-ee. Snap "

 

its a tight commercial i love it. to hear such a monotone voice say that is wicked.

No, it was for investment advisors. The commercial was meant to showcase the incompetence of some executives, and then the voice-over said "If they don't get it, we won't invest your money in them."
