This site is blocked out of my workplace by a Canadian Government directive. I'm on a co-op work term with Public Works & Government Services Canada...working in a very specific branch and team of the IT department.

I go to university, which is time consuming, and I'm also a mascot. I do corporate characters like the Esso Tiger, Coca COla Bear, etc etc. I'm also a clown and can make balloon animals. I do birthday parties, barmitzfahs etc.

I'm a coop student working for Foreign Affairs Canada as an IT Support Personelle. This site isn't blocked here Sparq, sucka! I end up on here more than I do work...rather saddening really. Guess thats why I'm on here 8hrs a day...maybe I should apply for a Mod job? lol

i work at the bottle redemption center. I get paid well to act like an asshole, so i've put up with the fact that i throw bottles.

 

That and they don't care that i have seventeen eyebrow rings in one eyebrow.

 

Not that i have eyebrow rings, but they wouldn't care if i did.

If so, there's a huge economic boom here right now; lots of people apparently left their former jobs to go work in and around the oilfields (like Yasa), or got promoted or whatever - i don't know all the details.

 

In all seriousness though , any place where a student might work or where there is no specialized training required is hiring... P/T, F/T, skilled (like construction) or unskilled labour (like retail) - doesn't matter. EVERYWHERE is hiring.
