i don't have a car.

I usually listen to talk radio in the car. Music radio is awful and I have had bad experiences trying to hook the iPod into the car's tape deck, and have been scared away from it forever.

Ok Computer, particularly 'Let Down.'

Although "Let Down" is an awesome song, I don't think it makes for good drving music.

Something more like Deftones works best.

Depends on my mood. Lately it was The Cure's Disintegration, Soundgarden's Superunknown, Damien Rice's O and Pixies' Greatest Hits.

General electronic stuff, e.g. Astral Projection. For highways, anyway.

I do most of my driving at night when the streets are pretty empty, so I find it's a good song for that atmosphere. During the day, I usually just crank the classic rock station ;) .

Third Eye Blind and Eve 6 are phenomenal for driving music.

Modest Mouse seems to work pretty well also. Especially songs like "Willful Suspension of Disbelief."

Speaking of driving, I'm gonna get a new vehicle later today, that's pretty neat I think.

I've got the Arctic Monkeys in right now - and I'm completely in love with them.

Really depends... from Johnny Cash to Graveland

I only have a tapedeck, so I flip between 102.1, 97.7, and AM 640 ( only becaue those stations are easily accessible by pression just one button).

I hate that bitch on 97.7, whatever her name is, she has this habit of talking during the outro of a song, like not even at the immediate end, just when the song is still being played. I was totally into "that song" one day, and she just started yapping, " i love that song, we all love that song". It was like, who the fuck are you to interrupt like that?

97.7 plays better music than the edge, but the radio personalities are better on the Edge. Josie should be on the morning show. she adds a dynamic that isn't there with just the 3 guys, they need a voice of reason.

my god I talk too much.

Too answer the question, I like hearing "So she's leaving by the Trews" when it's played, in all its over-produced, formula following mainstread glory.

Same. It's a great record to listen to while driving, and overall a great album to listen to anywhere. Other than the Arctic monkey's I usually listen to The Hives or Megadeth while i'm in the car.
