Like, seriously. If you wanted to sum up everything bad about Pitchfork in five paragraphs, here it is.

 

You've got the obligatory "I liked them before they were cool" and "College boys and teen girls suck", followed by the awkard extended metaphor about life as a river, followed by the over-conceptualization of the songs.

i saw death cab for cutie in concert with a bunch of teenagers in the crowd and the band was alright, but i'd already outgrown them. however, i still like the songs.
