I like how one of the Canadians called a radio station to tell that he was being attacked by Pirates with rocket propelled grenades. I would have liked to hear that conversation.

In fact, no self respecting pirate would ever be caught WITHOUT an RPG, or (less likely) a more advanced shoulder-fired rocket system.

I hope they used the term "machine gun" properly in this case. Usually they call anything automatic a machine gun, and that kinda bugs me. AK-47 = NOT A MACHINE GUN in the military sense of the word.

I read a cnn (australia) report that is now claiming that the "pirates" were actually, in fact, terrorists. Their motives were to hurt the passengers (many of them from America, some from Canada & Australia) as the boat left port in Miami.
