I Am Robot was a horrible movie. That's all I have to say about that.

...better than the family guy movie.

like hell it was!

Just finished I Am Legend and while I thoroughly enjoyed the premise of the film - the [kinda]apocalypse as well as the infected - I wasn't overly enthralled. I wasn't expecting the movie to be such a character piece. I was hoping for more of a character-driven action flick.

I watch Will Smith movies to be entertained, I don't watch them expecting them to be artistically minded.

But, The Pursuit of Happyness was a good movie. And it was entertaining or fun.

I just finished watching the Princess Bride. I've heard lots of good things, but have never been able to watch it.

Very good movie.

The Princess Bride is in my top 5 movies ever.

The only thing I had to say about it was the ending where Westley didn't actually fight, I would have liked to see him duel again. But alas.

Westley was a zombie.

Just finished watching Smokin' Aces. Wasn't what I expected, was expecting more of a Guy Ritchie vibe, but the movie is a good time.

I like Smokin' Aces a lot as an action movie. They went and tried to make it a serious plot twist drama, but there was some really cool action in there.

The best is when Ryan Reynolds runs out of bullets and just throws his gun. Also, the randomly on fire guy was a good time.

I'm watching the Mummy as I type. Always a good watch imo, the second was horrible, but the first is in my favourites movies for sure.

Just finished Stargate: The Ark of Truth.

Fan-fucking-tastic. I can't wait to see it with finished effects when it's actually released.

no country for old men. i wasn't disappointed, which i have been with every recentlt hyped movie (i haven't heard anyone hype this one). fuck, that main hit man guy was creepy. i want to see a movie with him, christopher walken, and david cross in it. that would be the creepiest movie ever. wouldn't even matter what the movie was about.

It would be awesome if it was the three of them, just sitting around peeling oranges, commenting on oranges and eating oranges. Walken would say; "I like oranges. Oranges are tasty." The creepy guy from No Country would shoot the oranges as they sit on the trees and David Cross would try to put cut-off jeans on all of the oranges.

That's the way the book ends, but yeah, I've always wanted to see another Westley fight.

EDIT:

Last movie I watched was Eastern Promises, and I thought it was fantastic.

My landlord gave me a copy of that. I should watch it.

So I just finished watching Lethal Weapon 4.

Pretty cool seeing Jet Li before he was big here.

I watched Sweeney Todd yesterday, good movie. Surprisingly bloody, but completely Tim Burton. I personally liked it, but the music felt almost out of place.

Watched "PS I Love You" tonight, and I figured I'd be fine, even though the trailer made me cry BUCKETS. The movie was just as bad. I could barely pay attention because I was spending too much time trying not to sob.

and it's not even that engrossing a story. I just personally found it so heartbreaking.

Just finished Return of the Jedi. Stupid ewoks, hot metal bikini, awesome Han['cos he's the man], bad acting Hamill. The perfect combination to the worst of the original trilogy.
