I've seen it a few times and watched it before this semester, but they were showing the the newest special edition in class, and I can never get enough of this movie, so I watched it again. Once I get the last scene in my had, I just have to watch it all.

for the record, the Departed is actually a North American remake of an asian series called "Infernal Affairs"

IA is a trilogy and after watching the Departed you can see that they kind of compressed all 3 movies into one. I'd rather watch the originals.
