Anyone have tips for meeting matt. I'm going to his show in Vernon, what would improve me and my friends chances of meeting him?

Just wait for him out back after the show. As he's generally an all around nice guy, I'm sure he'll talk to you guys and sign stuff.

Whatever you do, don't yell "PLAY RICO" throughout the show.

That may lessen your chances of meeting him.

From what I've heard he's a very accessible guy, and several people have gotten to know him personally from talking to him after several shows.

;) I actually got him to sign a poster to that effect when i got to go to his sound check last time he was in town. I have the "i hear matt good's a real asshole" shirt framed and hung on my wall so I asked him to sign my poster saying he wasen't really an asshole or something like that. So he signed the poster "that shirt was the worst idea i ever had". I love it, they are both hanging in my basement now side by side.

But yeah. He was too sick to sign in Ottawa, so hopefully he's feeling better when he gets to your town. I met him last year and he was really great, so I don't feel TOO crushed.
