There's this band called "Spiritualized", they're kinda like Sigur Ros, I think, but in English. They're nice to sit and drunkenly mope to.

I don't get drunk alone but Christmas eve 2005 I kept replaying the live version of Suburbia from London 2005 over and over and got all depressed and cried.

I never got drunk alone, I don't really see the point.

the point is to get drunk.

But you're drunk and then what? What do you do with it?

because its the only way to deal with problems

Jesus by Brand New is my most recent song to do this to. Mainly because I get all thoughtful about things when I am drinking and that stands especially for when I am alone I suppose.

Jesus is an awesome song but if you play it long enough on repeat, you'll want to end it all.

No, that's an album to get stoned alone to.

Drinking alone to particular music is just asking for trouble >.<, but yeah it's always gonna' be 'fated' by Matthew Good Band or anything by Stars, or even Bright Eyes

Almost anything Fiona Apple has released is suitable.

Seriously? I don't see the appeal.

I say Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The God And The Devil Are Raging Inside Me in it's entirety is a fantastic drink alone to and sing drunkenly along to album.

True. Though suicide might follow.

i completely agree. i can't imagine where they're going to go on their next album though...

No mention of Tom Waits? The man's entire body of work is basically meant to get people to drink their sorrows away alone and slumped over in their chairs.

I'm pretty curious about that. They really evolved, I hope it won't be disappointing.
