I think his art is an acquired taste. I, too, hated it at first, but I have grown to love it now. One of the best artists of the '80s, and very influential.

I'm addicted to this trailer. It's in my Top 5 trailers of all time list. I'm a firm believer that a good song is needed to make a great trailer, and Sin City has a great song ( click 'Cells' for it).

He didn't really do much. He directed one small scene for $1. It was a sort of repayment to Robert Rodriguez (the director), who was payed $1 for his music in Kill Bill: Vol. 2.

Honestly, I think that RR wanted QT (I'm using abr. because I always spell both of their names wrong) to direct a bit of Sin City so QT would get a chance to see how amazing HDDV is compaired to film...

frank miller's art isn't overrated... he pretty much started the whole "gritty" look that was popularized in the 80s. his art is simple, but it's dark, and different, which is refreshing.
