The CNN thingy said:

"The report said it is difficult to pinpoint precisely why, in general, Kerry voters were more likely to participate in the exit poll than were Bush voters."

 

I can tell them why, many Bush supporters were embarrased of the fact that they actually voted for him, and didnt want to admit that fact in public ;)
