Hey im from Chicago, just joined the bored by the way....

 

I was wondering does Matthew Good ever tour in the US???

 

 

ive always wanted to see him live, and i can never find any live videos or audio of him live!

He was going to play a New York show and another US city but the cost was a bit too high unfortunately.

its a shame too, its great footage... here are some screen caps...

I too am an US fan who wants to see a live show. I was going to take a road trip up to Canada for this summer's tour but family complications arose around the time I was going to go.

What show was that taped at, seem sot be right up close i find it hard to believe noone noticed the camera. Everyone knows what happens when he finds someone taping a show ;)

That's some nice quality there though. Which concert was this at? And, like everyone else is wondering, how were you able to get the whole thing without any problems?

I don't really think that's fair to say. I hate the American government just as much as the next Canadian, but it's not fair to say that's a factor in his not touring the States. I bet that if money weren't a factor, he would still tour America.

 

And again, what is FTP?

I don't think so. He's said many times that he doesn't need to prove himself to the States and doesn't care if he doesn't sell any records down there. Do you know how many people with regular jobs choose not to work in the States just because of everything that is going on? I believe that Matt's opinion on the States clearly has some sort of factor on him not playing there (whatever degree).

 

Unless Matt says otherwise, please inform...
