its a tie for me between Fearless, Vermillion, and She's got a New Disguise.

 

But really, i love the whole album, its by far my fav MG album. Its very likely my favorite studio album of all-time.

Definitely Symbolistic as this was the song that got me into MGB. But I have listened to the album again recently and I think I like the whole album more now then I did when I first heard it.
