Matt or Crowd?

I am a fan of the current "crowd-singing" technique, although that doesn't seem to show up as well on the recordings of the shows as it does when you're there with the singing people.

Crowd singing is OK sometimes. I guess in this situation its fine, but a bad example is those who sing during Apparitions when Matt does it acoustic, simply because he changes it up while those singing still sing it the way it is on Underdogs.

Haha...looks like i'm the one lone vote for Matt so far!

 

I just find it rocks more when he does it himself...lately when he slows down in the middle of the song, it seems to lose momentum. The crowd always sings along with him anyway... And as I said in a previous thread, I miss him yelling SOLIIIID GOLLLLLLD ...that was always such a high moment.

Yeah, I agree. The crowd would sing along whether they're invited or not most of the time. I remember singing along to 'Weapon' and 'Alert Status Red', among others when he came through here.

i'll admit i sing along to songs a bit, don't mean to at times but i cant help it when its in teh atmosphere of a concert, of course my voice is by no means pretty. But i loved the crowd singing the chorus, i found it so fun.

I was the 2nd vote for the only Matt version of Hello Time Bomb. Why? It's bad enough I have to listen to people sing during Apparitions and whatever else. Fact is, I paid $25 or $30 to hear Matt Good sing not the shipping department at Zellers.

I'd rather see him preform it himself. Most MG fans sing to the songs at the shows no matter what, anyways.

Matthew Good alone is better, and both shipping departments suck, lol.

 

MG and the crowd together are cool, unfortunately, i clicked view results instead of vote, because my mother dropped me on my head as a 15 yearold, lol
