Thank you for the kind words.  I do feel like I've definitely grown as a person from 2016 till now. (Last 10 years, 32-42)  I'm 100% more sure of myself and what my values are without question.  I'm at a point in my life and career where I feel I am making a difference and setting a good example for others and my family.  I feel like I've finally become the person I used to look up to as a kid, so I continue to work to maintain that.

That is amazing to hear. We are the same age and sounds like the same place in life. It really does get better
