Well for me the best albums of 2003 are:

 

Matthew Good- Avalance

The Strokes-Room on Fire

Sam Roberts-We were born in a flame

Billy Talent-Billy Talent

Marilyn Manson - Golden Age of the Gotesque

 

It was a relatively solid album. A couple tracks that didn't appeal to me but pretty good music overall.

That is it off the top of my head.... last year was a pretty good one for music IMO.
