I'm not a HUGE classic rock fan, but I love The Eagles. Every now and then I'll make time for Zeppelin, Floyd, The Beatles, VH, etc.

Lucid. Damn good question.

Two-parter:

How often do you lie? (on a 10 point scale, 1 being George Washington, 10 being psychotic compulsive liar)

AND

How often do you think other people lie?

Just cats.

I would say I'm about a 2. I never really lie, I tend to just answer strategically, like a politician.

I'm pretty skeptical of other people, so I'd say they lie around 5-6.

Whatever you haven't had in the longest period of time. Personally I'd go Indian, it's been far too long.

yes - Strategies for Reducing Procrastination

Here are some strategies that may help you cope with procrastination. These suggestions have been taken from chapter nine Treatment of Academic Procrastination in College Students in Procrastination and Task Avoidance: Theory, Research and Treatment by Ferrari, Johnson & McCown (1995).

1. Make a list of everything you have to do.

2. Write an intention statement .

3. Set realistic goals.

4. Break it down.

5. Make your task meaningful.

6. Promise yourself a reward.

7. Eliminate tasks you never plan to do.

8. Estimate the amount of time you think it will take you to complete a task, then increase that amount by 100%.
