Hey I was watching the good ole CBC tonight and they said that Matt will be on the Hour this week.

 

Does anyone have an idea what day this is going to air??

yeah you can get tickets on the hour site (up to 4), as far as i know they're still available. I've been trying to get some, hoping to hear back sometime tomorrow.

I applied for some sunday night, got an email this morning n I'm in. They're fairly quick about it, so you'll probably find out sometime tomorrow (if you haven't already). I've definitely gotten last minute tickets to tapings of the hour before, so unless a gazillion people just started randomly applying for tickets, you should be ok.

Exactly the same as me...sent a request Sunday Night...got a confirmation this morning. This is going to be the start of a good week...just finished my last exam tonight...going to the Hour on Wednesday and seeing a Matt Good Interview...then partying until Saturday...then his concert on Saturday night at Massey Hall!....So all-in-all, starting with Good and ending with Good! Can't get any better...

Cool, I managed to get 2 tickets, for me and my girlfriend. But then I realized her friends might want to come, so now I've got 5, 2 under my name, 3 under my girlfriends name. I noticed you had to put the names of your guests. Do they check or care about this? Or just that the person who originally requested the tickets shows up to get them?

I went to a taping of the hour a few months back, and for my group they only asked for the person who requested the tickets, and really they only check your name and number of people. then let you in. It's simple and easy

last time i was on the hour, mg wasn't actually there lol. it was just a taped interview while george sat and watched with us.

That sucks. Hopefully that's not the case this time, I'm bringing 5 other people who are expecting him lol. Although he plays Hamilton on the 17th, so he's obviously in the GTA, so who knows.

yah when i went to the hour it was for the show with Micheal Moore, so I was hoping to see that interview, but it was already taped, and instead i got to see some British guy who likes math, so for some interviews they tape them the day before, so hopefully you guys get lucky and get to go to see the real deal
