Bespin: The Betrayal is hilarious (especially as a Star Wars fan).

 

Lone Gunman is great, it's fantastic but what the hell is he saying?!?! "I'll be your lone gunman and I'll wash the dirt from your skin" is all I can make out.

Acoustic version of Gen X Wing is great and I prefer it over the original. Good call. Born to Kill is my favourite Matthew Good song but I didn't put it on my list because it seems to be well loved (on here at least). But maybe it is underrated.

Solo stuff I'd say Double Life, it's a song I like that I never hear anyone talk about (except now in this thread). From MGB I'd say The War is Over, Last of the Ghetto Astronauts doesn't get much talk either and when it does it's usually Symbolistic White Walls or Fearless.
