Artist's records don't give them justice

I just bought the Wil cd, and it seems like i'm not the only one who found that his live performance was 10 times better. Don't get me wrong, the record is still good but it didn't give the artist justice.

 

So what other bands/artists have you see live, that would depict this? In other words, their records don't give them justice as to how good they actually are.

i was never really a fan and thought they were just kind of a catchy pop band but live they are amazing

they actually sound a lot less soft and put on a really good show

great live act!

Incubus. They give off this awesome vibe in concert that you just can't feel listening to an album on a CD player.

Rooney. Their album is just so polished, and in concert they're, well, not so polished.

so did the guess who. 2nd or 3rd best concert i have seen. it's great seeing something you've grown up to.

The Arrogant Worms. Their CDs are still great, and funny as hell, but they are so amazingly funny live. I've probably seen the a dozen times.

i think Blue Rodeo is a band that should be experienced live... they are really good.

Wil for sure. He is amazing live. that's not to say that the CD isn't great, but he was just so damn good.

 

Foo fighters as well. Their CDs are amazing, but you can't even touch them live.

 

Actually, come to think of it, most bands are better live. The white Stripes are FUCKING MIND BLOWING live.

Yeah, I agree that the Wil album doesn't capture the awesomeness of the live show, but it's good to relax to on a rainy day, I find
