Help?

I'm likely simply doing something wrong, but I can't get into the NF store. It says "an error occurred"--and I'm pretty sure the reason is that my account "has not been validated to use the store," since the error message says that this is a possibility for the error. But I also cannot email an administrator: when I try, that, too, gives me an error message that says that I'm not allowed to send them a message. So...help? Thanks in advance.

If I recall correctly, you might've been the guy adding moderators to MSN and asking them for NF$. That or you made more than one account.
