What is a good program (freeware would be best) for registry cleanup and just getting rid of junk on my PC?

Ad Aware cleans the registry? I've been using that for a while but had no idea it does that. Thought it's only cookies and spyware.

Curious as to what program you chose to use....my bad didn't see "registry cleanup" just saw clean up lol
