The death penalty is a very tough subject. While I do agree that it's an easy way out...certain crimes, like the murder of a child, the molestation of a child, rape...I just sit back an wonder...how do you get rid of the monster that haunts the victims after the fact.

 

I also feel that the legal system is too flawed for it to be a fair practice.

 

Then lastly, what gives anyone the right to decide who lives and who dies. Granted, if you can commit a crime, shouldn't you be liable for it, even if the penalty is death?

 

The subject is like a never ending riddle.
