Aob Original Tracklisting?

Does anyone know what was the running order for The Audio of Being when Pony Boy and All Together were still on it? I want to make myself an iTunes playlist.

 

I believe Pony Boy originally seperated "Workers" and "Protest Song".

Let's not forget there were probably many original tracklistings since Anti-Pop and Truffle Pigs were afterthoughts that the record company had since they felt the album wasn't radio-friendly.

But the first time there was a tracklisting released, I remember there were 14 tracks. Then they took All Together out and then Pony Boy. But I'd like that 14 tracks list.

I didn't think that Pony Boy was ever on an announced tracklisting and that it was All Together between Workers and Protest Song....then it was removed.
