Steely Dan

[Prometheon]

My old drum instructor LOVED Steely Dan, so I picked up Aja. Pretty decent record. I also recently got one of their greatest hits compilations, but I'm starting to notice that they seem a little formulaic/repetitive.

Thoughts on this interesting band?

I like them sometimes. I agree with Owen's assessment. Having said that, my friend Jamie's band does an incredible job with their music.

Steely Dan is real? I thought that was just a Reno 911 joke.
