Is there any way to take the sound from the video of Matt recording empty road with just his guitar?

I have no idea, but I love the acoustic version so much... more so than the normal version, which is the only one I have.

I love that video. I always laugh when I think the bass starts and he does this cool move with his neck.

technically this is the version on the album... but the album version features other audio tracks.

For those interested... I've produced an MP3 of the audio in the video. I fired up audacity and tried to remaster it a bit but I figured what the hey...
