I really dug their song "Under the Milky Way" which was in Donnie Darko, so I got the album it's from, Starfish, and it's pretty good. Solid, if not unremarkable rock.

I've been playing Under the Milky Way with my friends for years.. They're a really great band. Check out, Gold afternoon fix, their disc after Starfish. The track "Metropolis" is pretty awesome.

i'm a little leery to check them out, given their presence on the donnie darko soundtrack... one of the most overrated films/soundtracks ever. that goddamn cover of "mad world" makes me want to vomit... not because i like tears for fears, either.

Hula, trust me...don't hold their place on that soundtrack against them. They really do make great music.
