Well then. I like to put butter from my mashed potatoes on top of my steak. It makes it even juicier.

I always ask for extra butter and cheese on my mashed potatoes and then dip the stuck in it...unless it's Prime Rib...that's a whole new ball of flesh.

 

Restaurants will give you whatever you want, when you're a known good tipper.
