did some research,

 

fatigue

loss of weight

loss of appetite

upset digestive system

 

are all related to the Anxiety, which is triggered by drinking Red Bulls 3 times a day, lack of exercise, and not eating.  so i will be cutting my caffeine.

 

 

And what have I been telling you all of this time? ;)

i ate so much today, i feel full for the first time in a long time. its a good feeling.

Though I'm not a proponent of eating until "stuffed," I'm still proud of you.

 

Maybe one day we'll work out some nice macronutrient ratios.

its amazing how obvious the answer is. sometimes it's hard just to keep life simple... people forget to take care of themselves but really all you have is yourself.

it's crazy. I am on only my second day of no red bull, no double shot espresso's, and I'm already starting to feel the positive effects. i feel less anxious. I actually left my apartment and went places that weren't Target.

It's very hard to do, I gave up caffeine, red bulls, rockstars etc on June 1st...

 

I've had 8 cups of coffee, and 2 rockstars since...It's very hard to do.

I'll walk into Wal-mart, the alarms will go off, and the greeter will shriek at me, "YOU ARE TAINTED!!!!" and security will tackle me.

every Wal-Mart i've ever been in has the people in wheel-chairs, or the elderly greeting you at the entrance. I don't know if I could outrun the wheelchair, but the 78 year old guy, I'm 64% sure I could take.
