Matthew Good should release an album of minimalist tracks...

my reasoning: The Man from Harold Wood is one of his best pieces ever.

I think he could pull it off.

you're a dildo!

(and yes, Man From Harold Wood was great)

I think Matt needs to release a live album

this would be the best move he could do... or a live dvd/album package of sorts.

His 1989 Solo Piano album is alright.

Matt should just keep releasing albums period. Everything he does is fucking brilliant.

I've never been to or heard a Matt Good live performance that I thought would be good for anything other than actually being there. Either the venue or audience sucks. Matt Good recorded and live are two different things, and a lot of the time it's an egotistic move when artists cross the two, like their live performance is so good that they record it out of pity. Matt makes good albums because he is and has had good producers, and he is good live because he has had a good band. why does he have to make a live dvd/cd?

after the flirting he did with it on white light, i think he should do a full on, old school country record.

He's good live regardless of the band. I think he sounds just as good or even better live then he does on the albums.

Well not old school country, but along the lines of Ryan Adams, Matt Mays.

I'd love to see Matt get more expiremental.

I do like Ryan Adams...his solo stuff more than his band.

Me too. I'd love to hear more stuff like "Seriously Serious".

I don't remember much from Seriously Serious, except for the fact that I didn't like it.

I thought it was fantastic.

Everybody cum on the floor tonight, all right

Everybody mop up the floor tonight, all right

Everybody get STDs tonight

Okay, so I'm a little late, but somebody had to add the chorus...

i like the live album idea, especially with the solo acoustic stuff hes doing now, some songs are way better now.
