Velvet Goldmine. I haven't seen that in forever. I need to re-watch it. I rememeber that Eddie Izzard was wonderful in it. Actually, the whole cast was wonderful. And, of course, all of the Oscar Wilde quotes...

The movie is designed to disturbing. I've seen it at least 10 times and it still leaves me unsettled. If you don't think you can watch it, then don't. It's not an easy movie to see, even for someone who's life shares nothing with the lives of the movie.

Rumor has it that Pat was his grandmother. (but his current drummer is also named Pat, so... But based on what it says, my vote is grand-mother.)

I always find that singles are my least favorite song(s) on every album, not just MG, but everyone.

His book is under-rated. I find it so sad that people can't see the total brilliance of it.

I like that every song means something different to everybody. I think that's what great music is supposed to be, the listener hears it how it is, and draws their own conclutions.
