Recently at a Stop on the Put Out Your Lights Tour, I had quite the experience. Before the Show, about 3 hours before the show, I wondered around the arena to see what I could see. While I was wondering around, Rich Priske happened to walk by me. Of course, I was stunned, because Rich Priske is fucking Huge. Now, I know he doesn't look it on stage, but when he is standing right beside you, ( and I'm six feet tall ) I was looking way up at him. He's gotta be at least 6'5". Anyways, I was like " Hey, You're Rich Priske!" So he turned around, and smiled, and said "yeah, how's it going?" "and I was Great!, thanks. You think I could get an autograph maybe?" "so he was like sure, and he said a Poster of the Tour for me." and then went to his soundcheck. Of Course, I was calm and cool while talking with him, but my head was about to explode, and I like freaking out in my head, but it was great. And I also shook Jenn Good's hand, and she is beautiful, and hung out with Limblifter for about two hours after the show. it was fantastic

I wouldn't call Modest Mouse's style "new" but I would say they are pioneers, and leaders in this "modern" style of music.

Well Personally, I kind of agree with you. I dislike Much Music, but I do enjoy seeing Video's for good songs. You can't tell me that you don't enjoy watching a good MG(B) video. I'd personally love to see Some of the JPH releases as Videos, but I don't think it ever wil.

Personally, I've heard every side of this story, but what I think is the worst part of all of this, is the US's reaction. I think that individuals can help out if they want, but Nations, specially ones as big as the US, should be there right from the start. Now the US has now given money, but not before Many Other Countries had already donated 10's of Millions, and then started to seek some American Charity. And Bush calls himself a Christian.

So What do you all think of Modest Mouse? I heard them I'd say last September, before Float On got pretty popular, and I keep hearing more stuff of theirs' that I just can't help but love? Anyone else? Some of their best are "Float On," "Karma Payment Plan," "3rd Planet," "Alone Down There," and "Tiny City Made of Ashes" All great stuff. Check it out.
