i used to have a fitness world membership, and i went almost every day, as i worked right across the street. also, it was a 24 hour location, so i could go at like 4am if i wanted. however, i went through a phase where i hated the people of downtown vancouver and refused to be a part of the greed (even though i very much was) and decided that i no longer wanted to work out with a bunch of rich assholes who only really went there to show off their new gym clothes. i bought a bowflex. it kicks ass.

i saw it a few months ago and i had no idea what it was about. ive seen it roughly three times since then, and i cant get enough of it. tom cruise ahould win villain of the year for that performance. i love the part where he shoots the gangsters who try to steal his bag, then fucking puts another one in the guys head as he walks away. pure evil. and yes, shadow on the sun is an awesome song.

obviously now that he's married it isnt going to happen. but i dont care how much you think you know the guy, or know his type of personality... he's a musician, girls find him attractive, he's getting laid after shows. i cant believe we're talking about this... i figured it was so blatantly obvious. to put it into comparison... do you think matt would light stuffed animals on fire or come out wearing monkey masks, or go to hawaii with two strippers for a music video? no. why? because he's grown up. people change, and the matt you think you know isnt the matt he used to be.

i agree with just about everything matt says. before i get blasted for being an asskisser or what have you, wouldnt you agree with a very intelligent man that puts a lot of time and effort into his opinions?

i bought mine during the first run of the book (it didnt have certain chapters, but there was a piece of paper in the cover slip that entitled me to a printed transcript from insomniac press). i bought it at virgin megastore. i didnt even know he had a book the day i bought it.

i heard it on the apprentice first... then one night while engaging in conversation with a case of beer, i managed to butcher the already butchered word by saying "ridonkadonk" now its a permanent part of my regular vocabulary.

i'm a dude. but i love clothes, shoes and body care stuff.... maybe i'm the confused one. (uh-oh, i think i've said too much again)

he lives downtown. his parents live in coquitlam. if you really want to catch a glimpse of him, try blenz on robson and bute. ive seen him there more times than i can count. there's also an asian restuarant (cant remember the name off hand) on thurlow that i've seen him and jenn at a few times. how do i know? i used to live across the street from him, and there might be a lot of people in vancouver, but you see the same people all the time.
