well, it appears the american people have finally woke up. there was a march of tens of thousands of people on Capitol Hill recently, all because Bush wanted to send 20,000 more troops to Iraq. If he announced that the US was going to start attacking Iran, the outrage would be immense by the american people. and also, I feel that if the united states was attacked again, and Bush felt that he could blame it on the Iranians as the aggressor, I can be safe to say that the majority of Americans would be PISSED OFF at the president and his cabinet, that he would allow the country to come under attack AGAIN.

Nope...not going to happen. Bush is already the lowest ratings he has had as President, even lower than Nixon's the week before he resigned. More than half the country and most of the world dislikes and distrusts him...plus the size of Iran, the US has lost the war before they even started it. Again, not going to happen.

Pluto is one of my top 5 bands today. I listen to their album(s) pretty much every day and I still don't know why they are not better well known "Le Sigh" and talking of the Moffatts, I have "misery...is what i feel...i what i feeeee-eeeelll" stuck in my head ;) And Shiri, I can send you some Pluto if you're interested in hearing them :angry:

Serial Joe was a band made up of 14/15 year olds. they sang about girls and skateboarding and old people who are so lame. they tackled the hard issues afflicting the youth of Canada. God...still feel old... EDIT: imagine The Moffatts ....but with a 'harder edge' and if you don't know who the Moffatts are either....Goddamn do I feel old *eep* ;)

i know...me too the 90's were 7 years ago. those bands listed on that page...i was 15/16 when they were big. to quote Garth Brooks of all people, I am much too young to feel this damn old. ;)

make you feel as old as it makes me? so how many of these bands do you remember? cause seriously...it seems like these bands were fairly big only yesterday (excluding our lady peace and moist)

the last few nights, i have had very intense dreams. intense in that i woke up and wasn't sure if they actually happened or not. each of these dreams involved me wooing a female, with fantastic results. i'll not detail what happended in these dreams for fear of eliminating them from actually happening, and me saying, "whoa...deja vu!" because that is what i think deja vu is. you have a dream you sort of, kind of remember, then it actually happens in real life.
