have you ever had a problem with the health care system in Canada? I grew up in Canada and don't remember receiving any less than excellent care. I now live in America, and What I have been hearing from people south of the border is how "socialized medicine doesn't work! you have to wait too long and the lines are ridiculous!" John Stossel of 20/20 had a news special, comparing free health care to giving away free food. people will line up and for anything free, and at the end, nobody gets what they need. The help I got from Dr. Black at the Children's Hospital in Winnipeg ensured that I have developed as healthy as possible. So anyone else?

there is a difference between what you consider the 'best' movie and what you consider your 'favorite' movie. My Dog Vincent is what I consider my favorite movie. Taken from Imdb.com: I watched it for the first time one a lazy afternoon on CBC. It took me a lot of searching, but my senior year of college, I was able to bid on and purchase a VHS copy on Ebay. Even luckier still, I had a friend convert it to DVD. And here is 5 minutes taken from the film and put on youtube. I am a huge fan of the dialog. Great Canadian Stuff.

there's thousands of possibilities of what they can do with Futurama. I was disappointed when it was cancelled. i loved it, and i tried to watch it one sunday and it was no more.

i grew up in Canada and now live in the US. back in college, I tried to tell my friends how good french fries and gravy was. they refused to believe me or try it. what's the big deal. its like mashed potatoes and gravy, only in a different form. the same goes for ketchup flavored potato chips.
