he's mentionned in a couple of interviews that he wants freedom as an artist to do whatever type of record he wants, and that his fantasy is to record in Nashville with some "crack country guys". i dont know if he will ever do it, but it would definately be interesting to hear.

true, but knowing that there was nothing new coming, and that i could never see him perform live again would be horrible. the concerts are what i live for.

a couple of months ago i would have definately voted mgb because the songs off beautiful midnight really hit me hard....but after hearing songs like blue skies, can't get shot in the back and dusk, i think i'm going to vote for mg. those songs are so incredible....whenever he played can't get shot at the shows i went to this year, it felt like my heart was going to explode or something. emotions are hard to descibe i know.....but cynthia will know what i'm talking about ;)

i think he needs to bring back the kazoo on his next project......god that would be funny....instead of strings in the background, all we hear is a kazoo....;)

in his last interview with chart, matt said that he hasnt spoken to either dave or ian since the band broke up and has no desire to...so i guess we shouldnt expect any sort of matthew good band reunion in the near future

the best was when matt came to ottawa in june, and we all started the k-i-c-k-a-s-s thing, and then the roadie came out and started the intro to giant in time with us....i love giant. what a great song...

oh my god the dancers!! those were the days.....during the bluesfest show in ottawa in 2001, he had a couple of kids come on stage and play video games during the show.... matt seems to gave grown up a lot since then...still puts on a damn good show though.
