  1. Can anyone beat 33? I have no problem with sharing my age. I feel like I'm 23.
  2. To me, it just seems like a waste of money printing two versions of booklets/inserts – with and without lyrics. Just do one or the other. I assume that all the non-autographed copies bought off MapleMusic.com will also have the lyrics or is it just the signed CDs?
  3. Really? That's odd. My friend purchased hers from HMV and she didn't get a booklet with the lyrics. I got my copy off iTunes and haven't gotten around to picking up the hard copy yet, but I will. Maybe I should order it from MapleMusic. I hate it when CDs don't come with lyrics.
  4. Awesome! I've always wondered how ASR would sound acoustic. Yeah the noise from the shoppers would be audible on any audio or video recording, but I would like to see the performances. I guess HMV didn't want to lose any revenue by closing it down for the performace and meet-and-greet.
  5. Besides that one 14-second clip, I haven't been able to find any video from the acoustic set at HMV. I'm really surprised at the lack of videos online, but maybe HMV was strict about no video or audio recording ahead of the performance. I would have loved to have seen the performances, especially for Kid Down the Well and Los Alamos.
  6. Did anyone notice Army of Lions was removed from the album stream/Soundcloud widget on the app? If it's just me, maybe I have to delete and redownload it, but since last night the song has been missing. It was there when I originally downloaded the app, but not long after, it was gone.
  7. I'm all for entire live shows being released, especially an acoustic show. I attended the Nothing to Hide tour in 2007 and I loved the Massey Hall show, absolutely loved it. I adore the stripped down and raw, organic sound that the acoustic guitar brings, especially to re-interpretations/acoustic versions of album tracks such as the songs you did on the In A Coma CD. A full acoustic album would be fantastic as would a live concert DVD. Have you ever thought about recording a live DVD?
  8. As long as he puts up Non Populus I will be a happy camper.
  9. Edit: After refreshing the page, it came up. It sounds pretty good. I was hoping for an acoustic version. Oh well. Weapon was posted too, from the Peterborough show.
  10. Here's hoping the Toronto show gets a couple of new additions too. I'd love to see a different track from Vancouver such as Volcanoes or The Boy Who Could Explode or It's Been Awhile Since I was Your Man from WLRRR. I know those are longshots but an even bigger longshot would be In A World Called Catastrophe. I've only ever heard less than suitable live recordings of that song. It's one of my favs.
  11. Had It Coming from the Fredericton show is now up on the page.
  12. Great cover LostAndFoundAndLostAgain. Thanks for posting that. I will definitely use it. For the time being, I was just using the Arrows of Desire album cover.
  13. Fantastic. The quality of these recordings keeps getting better and better with each song posted. I love Alert Status Red. I'm impressed. I hope he posts Non Populus from one of the shows. I love that tune.
  14. Yep. That did the trick!
  15. I'm curious as to why Garden of Knives can't be downloaded like the other two live tracks posted in Live Road.
  16. Awesome. Letters in Wartime sounds fantastic.
  17. The first song has been posted. So Close from the Belleville show on Monday. Sounds pretty good considering how quickly it was posted.
  18. It's really hard to choose top favourites on the disc, as it is a very solid release from start to finish. But right now I would rank the songs (favourite to least favourite) Hey Hell Heaven Garden of Knives Arrows of Desire Via Dolorosa So Close Guns of Carolina Had It Coming We're Long Gone Mutineering Letters In Wartime
  19. I saw the tracklisting for the double-disc release in Europe on the U.K. iTunes. The first seven acoustic tracks on the second disc are from the In A Coma second disc while the last two tracks are live versions of Strange Days and True Love Will Find You In The End from the Live At Massey Hall album.
  20. Yeah, I'm hoping there's going to be a new hoodie at the Toronto show in November.
  21. My guess is he did that to deter people from ripping the audio/song from it. But if people really want it, they will do it and just cut out the silence with a software program. I could be totally wrong though and it's just a mistake because the Hey Hell Heaven video has no additional silence afterwards.
  22. Arrows of Desire is up for pre-order on iTunes. Disappointed there's no bonus tracks. But the title track is available for purchase now. Great track.
