  1. that freak? he's a brilliant business man. has an iq probably higher than yours and probably most on this forum.
  2. Sympathy for the Devil - the Rolling Stones
  3. No Come Down - The Verve
  4. Once he tours Canada once for the album and goes to the states with it... like i've been saying, another tour across Canada could happen where he could add a few more rarities into the set rather than having Vancouver being represented almost in full. Drop a few "vancouver tracks" for some fan-favs. I guess we'll see.
  5. There isn't proof yet... but i'd expect it.
  6. Music When the Lights Go Down - the Libertines
  7. You won't be able to meet Matt this time around. He's staying away, doesn't want to get sick(er). Good luck.
  8. I wouldn't count Love Will Tear Us Apart or Walking on the Moon as songs in the list of 42, which means we have a few to hear. People asking for AOB tracks (like me asking for Man of Action, I know it's never going to be played, it has never been played to date, it's wishful thinking) but I hope there will be some that show up on the course of this whole tour. Like Carmelina or the Rat or Advertising. Those would be great. Who knows though, as said... the tour is heading to the States as well and I'd have to think there will be another Canadian leg as well. Maybe closer to the nicer weather... ourdoor gigs? Can see it happening.
  9. they don't have to make music like their first three albums. they just shouldn't make albums like the last 3.
  10. agreed. he knows how to close an album.
  11. i really like the idea of volcanoes being a first song... be it of the show or encore. i think more dates will follow, he's going to take it through the states than back again through canada. for the love of god, man of action, please jebus.
  12. i agree, i loved Christian on geetar. his sound was awesome.
  13. ^^^^^^^ incredible. the avalanche tour was probably the best he ever did. saw it in Hamilton, the first time he ever played House of Smoke & Mirrors live.
  14. You Rock My World - Michael Jackson
  15. did you get the setlist? is that how you knew it replaced it? looks like a solid show.
  16. Death on the Stairs - the Libertines
  17. nice. have a good time, enjoy the show.
  18. agreed. everything since Maladroit (that had 4 decent songs) has been terrible. Pinkerton is their holy grail.
  19. 21st Century Living - Matthew Good
  20. double album... greatest hits... 1. Man of Action 2. Giant 3. A Single Explosion 4. We're So Heavy 5. Volcanoes 6. Sort of a Protest Song 7. Near Fantastica 8. Change of Season 9. The Rat Who Would Be King 10. Symbolistic White Walls 11. Born to Kill 12. House of Smoke & Mirrors 1. Champions of Nothing 2. While We Were Hunting Rabbits 3. Great Whales of the Sea 4. Prime Time Deliverance 5. Suburbia 6. Advertising on Police Cars 7. Avalanche 8. Odette 9. Fearless 10. Weapon 11. Apparations 12. 21. Back in Calgary tonight eh?
